How do I upload a listing to FindAMasters?

This guide provides a summary of how to use the dashboard to upload course listings and what information is required.

Your programmes are added to FindAMasters via your dashboard. For a full how-to on how to navigate your dashboard, please view this article.

To upload a new course to your listings, click the Add new course button. If you have access to multiple departments, make sure you have selected the correct department before uploading.

The Add new course page is broken down into sections to input the course details:

Course categories:

Here you can select the subject categories that the course comes under. At least one category must be selected and up to 10. Click on each subject area to see the subcategories. You can also select categories by using the subject search bar.

Course logo (Optional):

All course listings automatically display the default logo associated with your account. You can override the default logo by uploading one in this section. Logos that you upload will be available to all users at your institution. Logos must be .jpg or .png files and files must be less than 2mb in size.

Course health check

The health check feature shows you a summary of the information you have included in the course listing and highlights areas where you can make improvements.  The icon on the bottom right corner updates as you edit the course listing and clicking the icon opens the health check summary. Above 70% is considered a good course listing with plenty of key information. We recommend including 400+ words, 2-3 links and a few headings in the course description, as well as adding scholarships, student profiles and videos to help promote your courses.
