A complete summary of how to use your FindAMasters dashboar
Your FindAMasters dashboard is where you can upload listings to our FindAMasters website, upgrade to our Analytics Pro account, and gauge the performance of your institution on our site. There's quite a lot of information to take in and features available, so this article will help guide you through how to navigate the following areas:
The homepage / main menu
Upon logging in, the main menu of the dashboard contains key information relating to your account on FindAMasters. This includes the number of departments and course listings you currently have, your renewal date, and the name and email address of your Account Manager.
The top of the dashboard has a couple of helpful navigational features. The new search bar makes it easier to find and edit a specific course listing directly from the dashboard. When logged in with Central Administrator access, the department drop down menu allows you to quickly move between departments.
The left sidebar shows the different menus available.
Health check menu
If you have accessed the dashboard with Central Administrator access, you will be able to see the Health check menu. Here you can see all your listings under each department and their health check score. The health check feature shows you a summary of the information you have included in the course description and see any areas to make improvements.
The Analytics menu
The Analytics menu provides an insight into how your course listings are performing. All accounts have access to the number of page views, external referrals and enquiries for their listings, but Benchmarking and Tracking are only available to users with Analytics Pro. The Advertise menu
The Advertise menu gives an overview of the additional features available on FindAMasters that can help promote your listings, such as Featured courses, Targeted display campaigns, Billboard and Homepage adverts, and Email campaigns.
The Manage menu
The Manage menu helps you to manage your account. Here you can renew your account, update the logos available for your course listings, and export a spreadsheet of your email enquiries.
When accessing an individual department, the Manage menu allows you to edit the contact details for the person in charge of the department, change your password, update the logo specifically for that department, and renew the department separately from the main account.
The Listings menu
When viewing a department, the sidebar will also display the Listings menu, where you can add and edit your course listings, and any associated profiles, scholarships and videos.
On the Scholarships and Student Profiles sub-menus you can add and edit the additional information associated with your course listings. You can also see how many courses each scholarship or student profile is associated with, and when it was last updated.
On the Videos sub-menu, you can you view all the videos associated to the department. These can be separated into live videos that are currently attached to courses, and hidden videos that are not attached to any.
On the Last minute courses sub-menu you can add specific deadlines to courses listings that have September/October and January start dates, and these will display in special promotional sections on FindAMasters. Read the guide on how to add last minute courses here.
