How to log into your FindAMasters dashboard, and resetting your password
If you are one of our customers on FindAMasters, you will have access to your dashboard, an area where you can manage and upload your listings. This article will detail all of the information you need to log into this area, and what to do if you forget your login details.
Logging in
Once you have activated your subscription with us, you should have received a link to the login page here.
For logging in, you will need the following details:
- Your username
- Your password for your account
If you cannot remember your password, please use the 'Forgot your password?' link to set up a new one. More info on resetting your password can be found below.
Please note: when you create an account with us for the first time, you will need to create a new password using the 'forget password' function.

Knowing your account types
It's important when logging into your dashboard, you are logging in as the correct account type, otherwise our system won't recognise your details.
We have 2 account levels for FindAMasters:
- Central Administrators
- Department-only
Central Admin users typically have access to an entire institution's listings, or the majority. They can also access and export all of the leads for their institution. Department-level users will have access to one or a couple of departments on FindAMasters within that institution. Both account levels still need a username and a password.
Please note: If you are both a Central Admin user and a Department-only user, you will have separate details for both logins.
Resetting your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can create a new one quickly and easily using the 'Forgot your password?' function on the login screen.
On the next page, you will need to confirm the email address your account is under, so our system can check if you have that email associated with an account type on FindAMasters:
Once you have submitted an email address, you will then need to confirm what account type the re-set is for. This is important, as the password reset won't work if you try to use your details for the wrong account type (e.g. Department-level details under the Central Administrator option).
If you are unsure what account type you are trying to recover, please contact your Account Manager or email customerhelp@findauniversity.com
Once you have selected your option, you will then be asked to confirm the institution/department you are resetting the password for, and you can then click the 'Request Password' button.
Once you have received the email, you can reset your password and log in successfully.
